THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into and executed on July 19, 2018, and effective as of June 27, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between RAIT Financial Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), with a principal office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Alfred J. Dilmore (“Executive”).
