This Indemnification Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of August 9, 2018, is entered into by and between Nine Energy Service, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Darryl Willis (“Indemnitee”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all previous agreements between the Company and Indemnitee covering the subject matter of this Agreement.
