This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of August 14, 2018, by and among RigNet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Digital Oilfield Investments LP (formerly known as, Dynamo Investment Partners L.P.), an exempted limited partnership organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Holder”).
