This Amendment is made as of this 11th day of April, 2018, between Funds For Institutions Series (the “Trust”) and DST Asset Manager Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Boston Financial Data Services, Inc.) (“DST AMS”). In accordance with Section 15.1 (Amendment) of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated February 1, 2000, as amended, (the “Agreement”) the parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.

This Amendment to and Assignment of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated February 1, 2000, as amended (“Agreement”), between State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) and Funds For Institutions Series (the “Fund(s)”) is made as of the 13th day of September, 2017 and is effective as of the 17th day of July, 2017, (the “Effective Date”). In accordance with Section 15.1 (Amendment) and Section 13.1 (Assignment) of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend and assign the Agreement as set forth herein.
