This Executive Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Pfenex Inc. (the “Company”), and Shawn Scranton (“Executive”). This Agreement will be effective as the date Executive commences employment with the Company (the “Effective Date”). It is expected that the Effective Date will be October 1, 2018.
