INCREMENTAL ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT NO. 7 (this “Agreement”) dated as of September 13, 2018 relating to the Credit Agreement dated as of February 2, 2015 (as amended by the Incremental Assumption Agreement and Amendment No. 1, dated May 19, 2015, the Incremental Assumption Agreement and Amendment No. 2, dated February 1, 2016, the Incremental Assumption Agreement and Amendment No. 3, dated May 27, 2016, the Incremental Assumption Agreement and Amendment No. 4, dated January 19, 2017, Amendment No. 5, dated August 8, 2017, and the Incremental Assumption Agreement and Amendment No. 6, dated January 5, 2018, and as further amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”, and as amended by this Agreement, the “Amended Credit Agreement”) among PRESIDIO HOLDINGS INC.
