THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of April 10, 2018, between Stone Ridge Trust, a management investment company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and registered with the Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (“the 1940 Act”), on behalf of each of its series listed on Schedule 1 attached hereto, severally and not jointly (each, a Fund), and BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of New York (BBH&Co. or the Custodian). The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is intended to function as if each Fund had entered into a separate, unrelated Agreement with the Custodian.
