This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated as of October 30, 2018 (this “Agreement”) and effective as of the date hereof, is made between RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., a company formed under the laws of Bermuda (together with its successors and permitted assigns, the “Company”), and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, a mutual insurance company formed under the laws of Illinois (the “Stockholder”).
