This Service Module for Custodial Services (the “Service Module”), dated as of April 13, 2018 (the “Service Module Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between the BFA Recipients listed in Exhibit A (the “BFA Recipients”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”). Each BFA Recipient (acting for itself) and State Street are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”

This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into on this 13th day of April, 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with a principal office located at 1 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA 02111 (“State Street”) and each of the entities set forth in Exhibit A (each, a “BFA Recipient”). Except as specifically stated, each BFA Recipient executing this Agreement and one or more Service Modules will be obligating itself only with respect to itself, and not with respect to any other entity. References to a “Party” herein refer to either State Street or the applicable BFA Recipient or BFA Recipients, and references to the “Parties” herein refer to both State Street and the applicable BFA Recipient or BFA Recipients. This Agreement consists of the general terms and conditions below and all Exhibits attached hereto.
