THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Nine Energy Service, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and David Crombie (“Executive”). Nine Energy Service, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), joins this Agreement for the limited purposes of acknowledging and agreeing to the provisions of Sections 4.3, 6.1(b)(iv), 6.1(c) and 6.1(d) below.
