This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 14, 2019, by and between Seaspan Corporation, a corporation existing under the laws of the Republic of The Marshall Islands (the “Company”), and each of the investors specified on the signature pages hereto (the “Washington Entities”).
