SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of January 23, 2019 (this “Second Supplemental Indenture”), between AMERICAN HOMES 4 RENT, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), having its principal executive office located at 30601 Agoura Road, Suite 200, Agoura Hills, California 91301, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States, as trustee (the “Trustee”), which supplements that certain Indenture, dated as of February 7, 2018, by and between the Operating Partnership and the Trustee (the “Base Indenture,” and together with this Second Supplemental Indenture, the “Indenture”).
