THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of April 16, 2018, between Stone Ridge Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series (each a “Fund” and together the “Funds”), and ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“ALPS”).
