AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made as of the 1st day of February, 2019, by and among CERES MANAGED FUTURES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CMF”), CERES TACTICAL GLOBAL L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”) and ADG CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (“ADG Capital” or the “Advisor”).
