This letter agreement amends and supersedes in their entirety the terms of your employment offer letter with Intersect ENT, Inc. (the “Company”) dated December 6, 2006, as amended November 18, 2013, January 26, 2015 and May 8, 2017, as well as any other agreements or understandings between you and the Company with respect to your employment (collectively, the “Prior Agreement”).
