(the “Assuming Lender”), in favor of Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), and SunTrust Bank, as administrative agent under the Credit Agreement referred to below (in such capacity, together with its successors in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
