Morgan”), with a place of business at 383 Madison Avenue 11th Floor, New York, NY 10179; and AETOS LONG/SHORT STRATEGIES FUND, LLC a Delaware limited liability company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended with a place of business at 875 Third Avenue, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10022 (“Customer”)
