This EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of April 29, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Addus HealthCare, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), and Sean Gaffney, an individual domiciled in the State of Texas (the “Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
