This SEVENTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 21, 2018, among FIDELITY NATIONAL INFORMATION SERVICES, INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Company”), certain Subsidiaries of the Company from time to time party hereto pursuant to Section 2.14 (each, a “Designated Borrower” and, together with the Company, the “Borrowers” and, each, a “Borrower”) each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CITIBANK, N.A., MUFG BANK, LTD., U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Swing Line Lenders and L/C Issuers.
