This is the first amendment (the “First Amendment”), dated as of October 1, 2018, to that certain Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Securian Asset Management, Inc., formerly known as Advantus Capital Management, Inc. (the “Adviser) and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. (the “Sub-Adviser”) dated as of May 1, 2014.

This Amendment to the Administration Agreement is made as of June 29, 2018 (the “Amendment”) by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Administrator”) and Securian Funds Trust, a statutory trust organized under the laws of Delaware (the “Company”) and shall be effective as set forth in Section 2 below. Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement (as defined below).
