Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (“TFL”) and Thrivent Series Fund, Inc. (the “Corporation”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Administrative Services Agreement dated January 1, 2009, as amended, between TFL and the Corporation (the “Agreement”), effective January 1, 2019, the first sentence of Item 3 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:

THIS AGREEMENT is made as of December 1, 2018 by and between Thrivent Series Fund, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Fund”), and Thrivent Distributors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (“TFL”) and Thrivent Series Fund, Inc. (“TSF”) hereby agree that, with respect to the Investment Advisory Agreement between TFL and TSF dated April 10, 2002, as amended (the “Agreement”), effective April 30, 2019, the Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the following changes: (i) Thrivent Partner All Cap Portfolio is hereby changed to Thrivent All Cap Portfolio and its fee schedule is amended; (ii) Thrivent Large Cap Stock Portfolio is hereby changed to Thrivent Global Stock Portfolio; and (iii) Thrivent Partner Worldwide Allocation Portfolio is hereby changed to Thrivent International Allocation Portfolio and its fee schedule is amended. A revised Schedule I is attached hereto.
