This VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of April 30, 2019 (this “Agreement”), is by and between Hancock Whitney Corporation, a Mississippi corporation (“Hancock Whitney”), and the undersigned shareholder (the “Shareholder”) of MidSouth Bancorp, Inc., a Louisiana corporation (“MidSouth”).
