This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Hi-Crush Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and Michael Alan Oehlert (“Employee”) effective as of May 21, 2019 (the “Effective Date”). Hi-Crush Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership and ultimate parent of the Company (including any successor thereto, the “Parent”), enters into this Agreement for the limited purposes of acknowledging and agreeing to Sections 3(c), 7(f)(iii)(D), 7(f)(iii)(E), and 7(f)(iv).
