Cohen & Steers Alternative Income Fund, Inc. (“We,” “Us” or the “Company”) herewith confirms its agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. (“You”) will waive certain of its fees and/or reimburse the Company for expenses incurred as follows:
