THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of April 16, 2018, between Stone Ridge Trust V, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Stone Ridge Alternative Lending Risk Premium Fund, (the “Fund”), and ALPS Distributors, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“ALPS”).

This Addendum to the Amended and Restated Fund Administration Servicing Agreement dated October 30, 2017 (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Stone Ridge Trust V (the “Trust”) and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (“USBFS”).
