This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Dynatrace LLC, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and John Van Siclen (the “Executive”) and is effective as of the effectiveness of the Company’s Form S-1 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Effective Date”).
