THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 6, 2019, by and between Acadia Management Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Laurence Harrod (“Executive”). This Agreement shall become binding upon the execution hereof and shall be effective as of August 12, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
