This TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 9, 2019, is made by and among BEAZER HOMES USA, INC., a Delaware corporation, as borrower (the “Borrower”), the subsidiaries of the Borrower from time to time party hereto as guarantors (the “Guarantors”), and CREDIT SUISSE INTERNATIONAL, as lender (the “Lender”).

This SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 9, 2019 (this “Amendment”), is entered into by and among BEAZER HOMES USA, INC., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Borrower”), the Lenders and Issuers party hereto, CREDIT SUISSE AG, CAYMAN ISLANDS BRANCH, acting through one or more of its branches or affiliates, as agent (in such capacity and together with its successors, the “Agent”), and the other parties signatory hereto.
