This AMENDED AND RESTATED EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of February 12, 2019, by and between Wasatch Advisors, Inc. (the “Advisor”) and Wasatch Funds Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Wasatch International Select Fund and the Wasatch Global Select Fund (the “Funds”).

Except as amended hereby, all terms of the Existing Agreement remain in full force and effect. This Amendment includes the amendments in Schedule A and general terms in Schedule B.
