FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “First Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of November 1, 2019, among Hess Infrastructure Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Company”), Hess Infrastructure Partners Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Finance Corp.” and, together with the Company, the “Issuers”), the Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture (as defined below)) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
