THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 24, 2019, effective as of November 22, 2019 (the “Termination Date”) by and between J. Robert Atkinson (“Executive”) and NN, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company”). In consideration of the payments and benefits described in Section 2 below to be provided to Executive, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged hereby, Executive and the Company agree as follows:
