This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of November 24, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Tallgrass Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Tallgrass Energy GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), and William R. Moler, an individual (“Executive”).
