This Amendment No. 5 (the “Amendment”) to the Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of AIM International Mutual Funds (Invesco International Mutual Funds) (the “Trust”) amends, effective, February 28, 2020, the Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust dated as of April 11, 2017, as amended (the “Agreement”).
