This Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of April 7, 2020, is among WALGREENS BOOTS ALLIANCE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“WBA”), WBA Financial Services Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (the “Designated Borrower”), the institutions from time to time parties hereto as Lenders (whether by execution of this Agreement or an assignment pursuant to Section 12.01) and HSBC BANK PLC, as Administrative Agent.
