AGREEMENT made as of the 17th day of April, 2020, between AMG FUNDS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware and having its principal place of business at 600 Steamboat Road, Suite 300, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830 (the “Adviser”) and GW&K INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal place of business at 222 Berkeley Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 (the “Subadviser”).
