(“Momo Chengdu”), a company incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and Beijing Momo Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its Chengdu branch (“Momo Info.”), companies incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, (each “a Party” and collectively, “the Parties”).
