THIS AMENDMENT TO PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), made as of this 13th day of January, 2020, is by and among VANGUARD VARIABLE INSURANCE FUND (the “Fund”), THE VANGUARD GROUP, INC. (the “Sponsor”), VANGUARD MARKETING CORPORATION (the “Distributor”) and TRANSAMERICA FINANCIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (the “Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account named in Schedule A to the Agreement (as defined herein) (each a “Party,” and together, the “Parties”).
