On behalf of Intelsat S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of Luxembourg, and Intelsat US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, the “Company”), I am pleased to offer you the opportunity to receive a cash retention bonus in the amount of $[ ] (the “Retention Bonus”), if you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this letter agreement (this “Agreement”) by executing and returning a copy of this Agreement to the Company.
