THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of May 7, 2020 among MOHAWK INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Guarantors party hereto, each Lender party hereto, and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as the Administrative Agent.
