This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 8, 2020, by and among Broadcom Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), Broadcom Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Broadcom Technologies”), Broadcom Corporation, a California corporation (“Broadcom Corporation” and, together with Broadcom Technologies, the “Guarantors”), Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
