This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 26, 2018, (as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement dated as of April 25, 2018, and that certain Amendment No. 2 Credit Agreement dated as of May 15, 2020), among REGIS CORPORATION, a Minnesota corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer.
