This letter is to confirm our understanding with respect to your employment in the United States by QIAGEN N.V., QIAGEN Deutschland Holding GmbH, and QIAGEN North American Holdings, Inc. (collectively, the “Company”) for the period of calendar years 2006, 2007 and 2008.
