This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 8, 2018 (as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement, dated as of May 18, 2020), among REPUBLIC SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer.
