THESE ARTICLES OF TRANSFER are made and entered into as of the 19th day of July, 2000, by and between The Asset Program, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Transferor”), and Merrill Lynch Global Allocation Fund, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Transferee”).
