This Patent Option Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on June 9, 2020 (“EFFECTIVE DATE”), between Duke University, a nonprofit educational and research institution organized under the laws of North Carolina (“DUKE”) having the address in Article 8 below and Cryo-Cell International, Inc.
