KEY ENERGY SERVICES, INC. (the “Company” or “Key”), a Delaware corporation with its principal offices at 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 1800, Houston, Texas 77010, and NELSON HAIGHT (“Employee”) enter into this Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) effective the 15th day of June 2020 (the “Effective Date”) in order to outline the terms and conditions of Employee’s employment relationship with the Company during the term of this Agreement.
