This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 13th day of July, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Village Farms International, Inc. (the “Company”), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporation Act, and Michael A. DeGiglio (the “Executive”).
