This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between KEVIN MORAN (the “Executive”) and VANDA PHARMACEUTICALS INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) was originally entered into as of August 6, 2010 and was amended and restated as of May 5, 2020.
