THIS THIRTY-FIFTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE dated as of August 7, 2020 (this “Thirty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture”), is among Enterprise Products Operating LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Issuer”), Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Parent Guarantor”), and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association, as trustee (the “Trustee”). Each capitalized term used but not defined in this Thirty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Original Indenture (as defined below).
