This Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of June 17, 2020, is among Extra Space Storage LP, a Delaware limited partnership, the Lenders and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as Administrative Agent and joined in by Extra Space Storage Inc., a Maryland corporation, for the purposes set forth in Section 9.16. THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 (this “Amendment”) is made as of December 20, 2019 by and among Extra Space Storage LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), the financial institutions signatory hereto as Lenders, and U.S. Bank National Association, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Credit Agreement (as defined below).
